Owners and Tenants to Bring Comprehensive Family Law Resources to Divorcing Couples

(New Jersey) - The first multi-profession, "comprehensive family law resource professional center" in New Jersey for divorce and family law is set to break ground November 7, 2007 at the corner of Route 138 and Maxwell Drive in Wall, New Jersey. This building will accommodate lawyers, financial professionals, accountants and mental health professionals.

According to attorney Linda Piff, "Our experience as divorce lawyers has taught us that divorce isn't just about dividing up the assets, it is about restructuring a family. My goal in practicing collaborative law and my reason for opening this office is to make sure that our client's emotional, financial and legal needs are being met so that families can get on with their lives in the healthiest way possible."

As part of the financial aspect of divorce, financial professional, Victoria Tomaro explains, "A familiar scenario in many divorces is one spouse (often times the woman) has little knowledge about the families' financial picture causing significant anxiety and fear about the future and can result in increased conflict between spouses. Working with the lawyers, I educate clients to understand their financial picture and help them prepare for the future.
